Storage

Cache, drafts and settings kept in this browser.

Keep data on this device

By default the browser may delete this app's data when the disk runs low. Notes and profiles come back from relays; unsaved drafts do not.

Turning this off does not undo a grant; remove it in the browser's site settings.

Export and import

Download this device's settings, decks, drafts and read markers (and, if you choose, its cached events) as a JSON file, and load such a file back after the browser cleared the site's data.

Cached events are the profiles, notes, reposts, articles and follow and relay lists kept on this device; they make the file much larger. On import each one is checked and only what the cache may keep is stored.

Accounts include signer secrets (remote-signer client keys) in plain text. Keep such a file private.

Check device storage

Looks at the browser's persistence grant, quota, which storage this app opened and what it holds. The result appears as a notification and a full report is copied for a bug report.
